Grape genome database

Welcome to the Grape Genome Database hosted at CRIBI. A new gene prediction is now available (V2), that improves the previous one with 2,258 new coding genes and 3,336 putative long non-coding RNAs. Moreover, several gene model were improved and alternative splicing was described for about 30% of the genes.
Currently the Grape database provide several way to access to the data, as a blast search page, a genome browser and a direct link to download the data. We are constantly working to improve the website, adding new tools and resources. To be kept informed please check back regularly or join to Grape newsletter. If you have any questions, feedback or problems, please contact us through the contact link.
